MacBook despAir!
The hard drive in my brand new MacBook Air is toast. When the Air crashed and wouldn’t reboot, I figured I had just corrupted something — and since I’m a recent switcher, I wasn’t surprised I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. But when I finally found the Disk Utility, I discovered the drive itself had died. S.M.A.R.T. errors etc. Back to Apple it goes, less than a week after arriving. I guess I should have sprung for the solid-state drive!
